Rotomation products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment. If you believe any Rotomation product you have recently acquired has a defect that may or may not have caused the actuator to fail, please contact Rotomation at (386) 676-6377 for immediate assistance. If we determine that it is plausible our actuator failed because of a covered warranty issue and the actuator is within its warranty period, we will provide further instructions to submit your warranty claim. Otherwise, you may choose to repair or replace the actuator at your convenience. Once you submit your warranty claim, you may proceed to return your actuator in order to start the warranty evaluation process, in conformance with the statutes expressed hereinafter.
